Please provide a letter and/or program literature (up to 500 words in length) describing the initiative undertaken by your organization and how it has facilitated the inclusion of people with a disability. We encourage you to include quotes from clients with a disability and staff, in addition to photos which we may have permission to display on the All Abilities Welcome website, www.allabilitieswelcome.ca. Applicants will receive a certificate of recognition and letter acknowledging them as an inclusive service provider and All Abilities Welcome member organization. Although we will accept all applications, we encourage municipalities to submit a coordinated application highlighting up to ten facilities / parks that have demonstrated a commitment to inclusive, active living.
