Mitchell Ravvin
Mitchell Ravvin is the Manager of Fund Development with the
Canadian Paraplegic Association (CPA) (Alberta). While he
has only been in the fundraising world for about 5 years,
he has enjoyed volunteering for various nonprofits since his
early teens. He graduated from the University of Calgary in
Business almost 25 years ago and has spent the majority of
his working life as a Commercial Real Estate Agent and Developer,
and Investment Advisor. This work has helped prepare Mitch
for his current role at CPA, in which he builds relationships
with individuals and corporations offering financial support
to the organization in the form of donations and sponsorships.
Mitch loves helping people and is extremely passionate about
supporting many charitable interests, both financially and
through direct involvement, such as by volunteering at various
special events. Mitch truly believes that if everyone who
is able help those less fortunate, the world would be a better
place.
